Joyeux Noel / Merry Christmas
Je vous souhaite a tous un Joyeux Noel, ca fait bizarre de passer cette fete de famille ici, loin de tout le monde, c'est pas vraiment Noel! Le Marion est repassé du 20 au 23, nous voila a nouveau tranquille pour 4 mois
I wish you a merry christmas. It's really strange to spend this "family-time" far from home, it's not really christmas in my head! The Marion was here from the 20th to 23rd and now we are alone for the next 4 months!

Manipe au relais 710
Le boulot nous permet aussi d'aller se balader de temps en temps. Thibaut et Benjamin les VCAT Gener et Magné/sismo de la 59ème ont remis en fonctionnement un relais qui reçoit des infos de St Paul avant de les ré-émettre vers la base. Cette manipe a été l'occaz de marché par une super belle journée, de réparer l'antenne et de rentrer à la base où le reste de l'équipe nous attendait avec le Champagne. C'était la conclusion d'une année de travail sur ce relais! Bravo les gars!
The job give us also the opportunity to walk throug the island. Thibaut and Benjamin in charge of the logistic and the magnetism-sismology part in Amsterdam fixed an antenna getting datas from St Paul and sending it to the base.. A good opportunity to walk during a very sunny afternoon, to fix completly the antenna and were we back at the base, the rest of the people were waiting for us with champagne. The conclusion of one year of work for the two of them. Congratulation guys!

Heureusement que Benji bosse, il l'a bien réparé son antenne!!! Car avec Bruno, on fait plus du soutien moral! / Fortunately, benji is working and he fixed the antenna, because with Bruno, with are just here for psychologic support!
